Sending a notice
Email contact@cyberhygiene.tools with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The web address (URL) of the page on this site where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address, email address and phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review each complete notice promptly. If it is valid, we may remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who posted it, where that is possible.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, email us with the details of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your contact details and signature.
Repeat infringers
We may end access for people who repeatedly infringe copyright. Almost everything on this site is written by us.
